Candidates never pay
Not a registration fee, not a "priority listing", not a CV package. UAE law requires it and we would hold the line anyway. Any agency charging job seekers here is operating illegally.
About us
That line sits under our name for a reason. Ambition is what brings people to this country. Results are the only thing anyone should be judged on once they arrive — candidates, clients, and us.
Who we are
Ambizent HR Consultants is the recruitment and human resources arm of Ambizent FZC LLC. We source candidates for companies across the United Arab Emirates — every emirate, every sector, from a single specialist appointment to a hundred-person mobilisation.
We are deliberately a generalist agency. In this market, a client rarely needs one kind of person. A contracting firm hiring a project director this month needs a payroll officer next month and a storekeeper the month after. Being able to answer all three, properly, from one relationship, is worth more to most businesses than a narrow specialism they use once a year.
What we are not is a CV forwarding service. Anyone can run a keyword search on a job board. The work worth paying for is the conversation with the candidate, the honest read on the salary band, and the follow-through that turns an accepted offer into someone at a desk on the agreed date.
Our team
How we operate
Not a registration fee, not a "priority listing", not a CV package. UAE law requires it and we would hold the line anyway. Any agency charging job seekers here is operating illegally.
If the salary band will not clear the market, you hear it before you advertise. If the role as written does not exist in the UAE, you hear that too. Uncomfortable early beats expensive later.
No CV reaches a client without the candidate agreeing to that specific role. No candidate is surfaced to their current employer. Confidentiality is not a premium feature.
Three to five people you will genuinely consider. Sending twenty CVs to look busy transfers our work to your hiring manager and we will not do it.
Offer registered, visa tracked, first week checked, then day 30, 60 and 90. A placement that leaves in month two was not a placement.
You get a person, not a shared inbox and a rotating cast. By the second role they know your business well enough to filter without asking.
Where we work
Our licence covers the United Arab Emirates, and that is where we place. Dubai and Abu Dhabi carry most of the volume, but we work Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain, and we know that a role in Musaffah or an RAK industrial estate is a genuinely different search from one in DIFC.
We source candidates both in-country and internationally — India, the Philippines, Egypt, Jordan, the UK and beyond — while being honest with clients about what an overseas hire adds to the timeline. Entry permits, attestation and medical clearance are weeks, not days, and planning for that up front is the difference between a start date that holds and one that slips twice.
Data and confidentiality
Our candidate portal and recruiter portal run on the same platform and share nothing. Candidates see their own profile, their own applications and roles they have chosen to engage with. Recruiters see mandates and the candidates matched to them. Neither can see the other's records, and clients cannot browse our candidate database — they see the people submitted to their role, with consent, and nobody else.
Placement and candidate records are retained for the five-year period expected of licensed agencies in this market, with role-based access controls and an audit trail on every record view.
