What we do
Most agencies sell you CVs. We work the role end to end — market mapping, screening, licensing checks, offer management and the paperwork that follows — so your team only spends time on the candidates worth meeting.

Our approachThe Ambizent track
This is the timeline we commit to in writing on every permanent mandate. If a stage slips, you hear it from us before you have to ask.
Sixty minutes on the role, the team, the salary band and the three things that will actually get someone to say yes.
Three to five candidates, each screened by video, salary-aligned, visa status confirmed and genuinely interested in your role.
We schedule, brief, debrief and keep candidates warm. You get structured feedback within the hour, not a chase email a week later.
We manage the negotiation, the counter-offer risk and the notice period conversation so the acceptance holds.
MOHRE offer registered, visa and Emirates ID tracked, first-week check-in done. Then day 30, 60 and 90 follow-ups.
Why employers move to us
The UAE market is loud. A single mid-level advert on a public board can pull nine hundred applications in a weekend, most of them from people who have never worked in the Gulf and cannot legally start next month. Sorting that is not hiring — it is data entry.
Ambizent absorbs that layer entirely. Every candidate we send has been spoken to, salary-tested, visa-checked and told honestly what the job is. Our interview-to-hire ratio sits at roughly three to one, which means your hiring managers spend hours on a search, not weeks.

Pricing, in the open
Under UAE labour law, recruitment costs sit with the employer. Candidates pay nothing — ever. Here is what employers pay us, benchmarked against a UAE market median of roughly 12.5% of annual package.
| Engagement | Best for | Fee | When you pay |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contingency search | Mid-level and specialist permanent roles | 10–15% of annual package | On start date only |
| Retained search | C-suite, country head, confidential replacements | 18–25% of annual package | Thirds: on brief, on shortlist, on start |
| Volume & project hiring | Five or more similar roles in one campaign | Fixed fee per hire, from AED 4,500 | Per batch, on mobilisation |
| Contract staffing | Cover, project peaks, fixed-term roles | Transparent margin on day rate | Monthly, in arrears |
| Emiratisation sourcing | Meeting MOHRE quota deadlines | Preferential rate — ask | On start date |
Fees are calculated on fixed annual salary plus guaranteed allowances, exclusive of 5% VAT. Volume, exclusivity and multi-role commitments reduce the percentage — ask for a written schedule.
Ambizent is paid by employers, never by the people we place. Article 6(4) of the UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021) prohibits an employer from charging a worker recruitment costs or recovering them, directly or indirectly, and MOHRE attaches the same condition to recruitment licences. If anyone asks you for a registration, processing or visa fee, report it on 600 590 000.
If a permanent placement resigns or is released inside 90 days, we rerun the search at no additional fee. Written into every terms of business, not offered on request.
Coverage
We are a generalist agency by design — because most UAE businesses do not hire in one lane. A construction client needs a QS, a payroll officer and a receptionist in the same quarter.
In practice
We had been trying to fill a group finance manager role for four months through two other agencies. Ambizent sent four CVs on the Thursday and we made an offer the following week. The difference was that they had actually spoken to every one of them.
Thirty-two site staff mobilised across six weeks for a Musaffah project, with every visa file tracked on a shared sheet. Not one start date moved. That is the part nobody else gets right.
They were straight with me about the salary band being under market before we advertised, which saved us a wasted month. I would rather hear that on day one than after three declined offers.
Client names withheld under our standard confidentiality terms. References available on request during a commercial conversation.
For employers
Send us the job description, or just a sentence about what you need. We will come back within one working day with a market read: realistic salary band, likely time to hire, and whether the role is findable as written.
For candidates
Build a profile once and it goes in front of consultants working live UAE mandates — including roles that never reach a public job board. Free, always. We will never ask you for money.
Common questions
Across the UAE market, agency fees for permanent placements generally run between 8% and 25% of the candidate's annual package, with a market median around 12.5%. Standard professional roles typically sit in the 10–15% band; executive and retained search runs higher because of the market-mapping work involved. Ambizent publishes its full fee schedule on the employer page rather than reserving it for a sales call.
No. We are paid by employers, never by candidates. Article 6(4) of the UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021) prohibits an employer from charging a worker recruitment costs or recovering them, directly or indirectly, and MOHRE applies the same condition to licensed agencies. The financial free zones, DIFC and ADGM, operate their own employment regimes — but our no-fee commitment applies wherever we place. If any agency asks you for money, walk away and report it to MOHRE.
First shortlist within 72 hours of the intake call for most mid-level roles. Typical offer acceptance falls between day 14 and day 21. The candidate's notice period and visa status then determine the start date — 30 days is common for someone already in the UAE, longer for an overseas hire needing entry permit and medical clearance.
Yes. Mainland companies with 50 or more skilled employees must reach 10% Emirati representation in Skill Level 1–3 roles by 31 December 2026, and companies with 20–49 staff in fourteen targeted sectors have their own minimum. Each unfilled position carries a monthly contribution of AED 9,000. We source Emirati candidates and help you track the numbers against the deadline — see the Emiratisation hub.
Yes — India, the Philippines, Egypt, Jordan, the UK and beyond, alongside our in-country network. Overseas hires take longer because of entry permits, attestation and medicals, so we plan those mandates on a longer runway and keep the visa file visible to you throughout.
Every permanent placement carries a 90-day replacement guarantee. If the person resigns or is released within that window, we rerun the search at no additional fee. It is written into our terms of business rather than negotiated case by case.
